# THE HILLS RESIDENCE

(Sint-Maarten)

In 2021, FT Development, a real estate development company in Sint-Maarten, asked IDIMweb to create the sales website of their new real estate program, "The Hills Residence" in Simpson Bay. The goal is to present the residence and the properties available for sale.

IDIMweb chose to power the site with the Joomla CMS, allowing an easy customizationa and integration of the content, as well as an effecient SEO.

The Hills is a real estate project of 4 buildings (150 1- and 2-bedroom apartments) and 22 commercial premises. The project is located in Simpson Bay (Sint-Maarten island). Each building has a breathtaking view of Simpson Bay, a rooftop pool with solarium.
